We worked on the new Iridis App. We tested with users.

We are going to launch it on May.

We have reached our first 50 physical users.

We have started a study to quantitatively measure the impact of our 4-week program.

Since we started monetizing our service at the end of January, we have invoiced over €1000, with an average ticket of €50.

We are ready to deploy the tech backend, start using voice biomarkers, launch the mobile app, and scale our service.

Although we have been trying marketing actions with a very small budget, so far we haven't had much luck.

February 2023

We are launching a new high-ticket program that lasts for 4 weeks. To attract more traffic, we need to require 30-minute sessions.

We have successfully acquired our first paying physical user, and we plan to expand the program online as well.

We have also created an online course with a mid-range ticket, and we aim to market it automatically.

Our focus is on sustainable revenue, but we are still struggling to fill our agenda. We need a constant flow of potential users.

Our PR efforts have worked, and we have received our first two mentions in local newspapers.
